In the global music scene, the presence of female talents, bands, DJ's and solo artists is very scarce, being a clear reflection of the inequality that occurs in all areas of society.
In this context, the music industry is one of the spaces where the gap between men and women is most reflected. In Mexico alone, the main music festivals have an average presence of 20-25% of bands formed by at least one woman, and if we separate the mixed bands (with the presence of men and women) the figures drop to 13-15% of exclusively female talent, which represents a lack of development opportunities for new talents..
How to get the interest of the media, sponsors and most importantly: the everyday audience that attends music festivals and is used to listening to mostly male talent?
In addition, communicating this lack of equity in society from the musical context.

GRRRL NOISE was the first festival 100% with female talent in Mexico, created in partnership with Women Weekend, a platform that year after year carries out the most important women's empowerment event in Mexico.

Together we launched this music festival with national and international talent of great relevance to achieve the projected social impact, such as Cat Power, Best Coast, Warpaint, and Girl Ultra.
